The second series of Discovery's hit GOLD RUSH returns, bigger and better than ever.  With locations in the Yukon and Alaska, the trials and tribulations of three gold mines were followed for almost half a year.

Based in SE Alaska, I worked as shooting PD covering two of the mines for three months.  Big machines, extreme conditions and at its core, a story about fathers and sons risking it all to strike it rich is what has made the series so successful.  Indeed, the series two premier was the most popular show amongst men across all of telelvision in the US.
